When: Generally the Last Friday of every month. Holidays may change this. Average arrival time will be 1 hour before sunset. May arrive anytime after sunset as well, generally ends around midnight.

Cost: FREE for Empire Gun Club Members. $50 to drop-in.

Rentals? Absolutely: Rentals are available to use the entire evening, see rental page. Of course, most are willing to let people try theirs off and on as well.

Who can go? Anyone can. This is a community event driven to get people into the night vision and white light world. No experience necessary, only proper weapon safety and a good attitude.

Purpose: The idea was essentially this... Many groups of people are trying to schedule range days to go up to Turkey Tracks or other federal land areas and getting booted out either because of fire bans, or leaving because it’s over crowded with morons and they don't want to be a loot drop for someone looking for free gear, and/or they don't want to deal with a cop who's going to write tickets for shooting at the wrong place. It’s simply not worth the hassle.

These groups also want to network with others who like nocturnal stuff, and want to try new gear, get their friends into it, and train in peace. etc. With our events, all of that frustration is eliminated and every goal accomplished.

Silencers required on proper rifles after 7pm. PCCs and Pistols do not. Also, nods are not required, many come and do white light all night to work on those skills as well.
